Richard Hagan - President & CEO »

Mr. Hagan is a proven executive with over 31 years of experience in global business that he applies to drive business growth and operational effectiveness for HomeOwners Advantage and its customers. Mr. Hagan founded the residential management division of the company and over the past decade has established HomeOwners Advantage as a recognized industry authority in urban high rise management throughout the Southeast. Under his tenure, the business has made parallel investments in the condominium, apartment, retail and office management divisions with equal success. Prior to joining HomeOwners Advantage, Mr. Hagan was most recently the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Hagemeyer North America. He has held executive positions in Radiant Systems and The Coca-Cola Company and was also a Manager with Ernst & Young’s consulting practice, working with a number of Fortune 500 companies. He has extensive background in finance, operations, information technology and strategic planning. Mr. Hagan also serves as a member of the Board of Advisors for the University of Massachusetts - College of Management, and serves on the Board of Advisors for The OnTarget Company and the Board of Directors for FilterSense Corporation.

Jason Welchel - VP Operations and Development »

As Vice President, Mr. Welchel manages multiple teams that oversee the residential associations for a portfolio of properties in the Atlanta market. Mr. Welchel joined HomeOwners Advantage in 2006 leveraging his strong industry knowledge and ability to deliver results across properties. Prior to joining the HomeOwners Advantage team, he oversaw a portfolio of high-end properties with Post Properties. Mr. Welchel brings over 21 years’ experience of multi-family portfolio management to our clients.

Julie Ketner - VP Operations »

A proven professional with over 14 years of industry experience serving in senior leadership roles, Ms. Ketner brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in assset management, operations, energy efficiency, board relations, vendor management, contract negotiations, tactical and strategic planning to our clients. She operates in an execution oriented and results driven style and the teams within her business area consistently operate with excellence. Ms. Ketner has served in a variety of roles within the industry prior to joining our company, including Regional Director, District Leader, Director of Training, and Director of Operations. Ms. Ketner obtained her Bachelors degree from Emory University and is an active member in both the Community Association Institute (CAI) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Kristin Wilkins - Manager of Operations Support »

In her role as Operations Support, Ms. Wilkins is responsible for utility/energy management, administrator of standard operating procedures and training oversight across all HomeOwners Advantage managed properties. In her role, Ms. Wilkins assists the on-site management team in driving efficiencies and implementing processes and procedures that result in containing costs while improving the property and resident living experience. Ms. Wilkins is in her ninth year with the HomeOwners Advantage team and also has experience working with mortgage sales in the investment community. She is a graduate of Clemson University.

Ms. Wong Guillet is a seasoned professional with over 29 years in the accounting and real estate industries. Ms. Wong Guillet has extensive experience in a variety of Fortune 500 companies and Big 4 Consulting Firms. She has audit experience with Price Waterhouse Coopers, and has served as a Financial Analyst with Heller Financials, Siemens Energy, and Vanity Fair. Ms. Wong Guillet is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Georgia and holds a BBA and MBA from Emory University, Georgia Business School.
