The Encore has a great management, and staff availably. They go above and beyond what’s expected. We have interacted with each member and every time was a pleasant experience. The building is always fresh, clean, maintained, and the finances are great too.

Since we were among the very first residents of Viewpoint I have been able to work closely with HomeOwners Advantage for nearly 5 years, mostly through my involvement with the finance committee. After a largely uneventful 2 1/2 years living at our high rise condominium, the unexpected happened. We had a “water event” in our unit. Never having owned a home in a multi-family residence, we didn’t know how or where to start. We couldn’t be more grateful for the support we received from the property management and support team.
On the day of the incident, our building engineer rushed to our unit to stop the water and began the restoration process immediately. If not for his quick action, we believe the damage could have been much worse. Once the complicated insurance investigation and settlement began, it would have been incredibly confusing and frustrating without the help of our property manager. She was amazing working with our own insurance, the master insurance, and most importantly, with us. She endured our questions and frustrations with equanimity, and helped the process go much more smoothly than we could have expected. We feel very fortunate to live in our home, and the HomeOwners Advantage team has a lot to do with that.

I love the 24 hour Concierge services provided to the residents. All the staff members are helpful and anxious to do whatever we need. The management staff are visible every day and very approachable about problems or just to engage in conversation.
